Spam protection
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect contact forms and AI Brief from spam and abuse. Verification runs in the background. Cloudflare processes technical browser and device data for this security check. For details, see the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
AI Brief and inquiries
Before using AI, you can choose the simple form. Cloudflare Workers AI processes the task text; the separate name and email fields are not included in model requests. Do not include sensitive data or confidential documents in free text. Drafts remain in the tab and are lost on reload or navigation. Explicitly submitted requests are stored in Cloudflare D1 and notifications may be sent through Resend; email providers also retain delivered messages. Requests are not marketing subscriptions. Inactive inquiry records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days unless retained for an active project or a legal obligation. Provider logs and mailbox copies require separate retention and deletion procedures. Contact data@mollis.group for privacy requests.

What data we process

We use data to answer requests, prepare offers, deliver projects, keep accounting records, protect the website, and comply with legal obligations.

Processing is based on contract preparation or performance, legitimate interest, legal obligation, and consent where consent is required.
Retention
Inquiries are kept only as long as needed for follow-up. Project and accounting records may be kept for the period required by Slovak and EU law.
Recipients
We do not sell personal data. Trusted providers may process data for hosting, email, security, AI brief processing, accounting, and project communication.
Search and analytics tools
We may use Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools to understand search visibility, indexing, and crawl issues. We may also use privacy-friendly analytics to understand aggregate traffic and performance.
International transfers
If a provider processes data outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent lawful mechanism.
Visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to processing, withdraw consent where consent is used, and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
Visitors in the United States
We do not sell personal data or use sensitive personal data for advertising. If a US privacy law applies to your request, contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, or opt-out rights available under that law.

You can contact us about privacy questions, correction, or deletion requests. We will respond according to applicable law and the practical context of the request.
